We work only in markets where a leadership appointment is scrutinised twice — once by the board, and again by the regulator, the acquirer, or the public. Four sectors, chosen because the reputational and regulatory cost of a wrong appointment is highest there.
Healthcare & Life Sciences
Clinical and regulatory data is the asset — and the exposure. We appoint leaders across healthcare software, medical devices, diagnostics, and life sciences technology who treat data integrity, patient safety and clinical evidence as governance responsibilities rather than quality-team problems. Sub-sectors include clinical decision support, care coordination, health analytics, patient engagement, and digital therapeutics.

Financial Services & Fintech
In financial services a leadership appointment carries personal accountability. We appoint executives whose track record stands up to a Senior Managers regime and to the acquirer’s due diligence — across digital payments, banking-as-a-service, lending, capital markets infrastructure, wealth and asset management technology, and regulated crypto. Their judgment has to hold when a decision is costly, contested, or public.

Legal Technology
Leadership for companies rebuilding how legal work gets done. We appoint executives across contract lifecycle management, matter and case management, e-discovery, litigation analytics, legal research, and compliance workflow — leaders who can sell into general counsel and Big Law without over-promising what the technology does.

Tax & Accounting Technology
Executives who bring rigour to the technology of compliance. We appoint leaders across tax, accounting, audit, and regulatory reporting software — companies whose product decisions have to survive a change in the underlying rules, an auditor’s review, and a customer whose filings depend on getting it right.

Adjacent capability — Regulatory & Compliance leadership
Across every sector we serve, we appoint the second-line leaders whose independence protects the enterprise: chief compliance officers, MLROs, chief risk officers, heads of model risk, and audit chairs. Compliance leadership only works when it has standing. We appoint executives who can hold a position against commercial pressure and are credible enough that the board hears “no” as protection rather than obstruction.
Where we do not work
We do not take mandates outside these markets. The judgement that makes our shortlists useful comes from working the same networks year after year. Extending outside them dilutes the product.
